Goals

A. Goals For Mediation To use my experience, negotiation techniques and listening skills to provide a winning combination of skills to maximize the mediation process in order that the participants can arrive at a fair and reasonable result. To be fair and impartial and provide an arena for the resolution of disputes either pre-litigation or during the litigation/ discovery process. To provide a dispute resolution at a reasonable cost, while offering the parties the opportunity to reach a solution of their choice. Jeff Kilgore is committed to the mediation process and will work with all parties to facilitate a resolution to their dispute. Jeff will maintain a neutral posture so as to allow the parties to weigh their opponent's strong points and weaknesses as well as their own so they can focus on a fair and reasonable result.

B. Facilities In an effort to facilitate the mediation process, The Kilgore Mediation Center in Galveston, Texas, will provide audio and visual support with a TV, VCR, overhead projector and screen, marker boards and easels with tablets for the use of the parties and their attorneys.
